Processing Time
Each piece of pottery is handmade with care. Most items are made to order.

Standard Processing: 7-14 business days before shipment

Ready-to-Ship Items: 1-3 business days (marked in product description)

Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. International shipping is available to select countries.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination

We automatically combine shipping on multiple items in the same order

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for urgent needs
Packaging
Your pottery's safety is our priority. Each piece is:

Individually wrapped in protective materials

Secured in a fitted inner box

Surrounded by ample cushioning in an outer shipping box

Labeled with "Fragile" stickers on all sides
Delivery Times

Domestic: 3-7 business days after shipping

International: 7-21+ business days (plus customs processing)

Local Pickup: Available in Jaipur - select at checkout
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are determined by your country and collected upon delivery.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damaged item. We'll resolve it immediately per our Return Policy.
